He has held senior executive roles at a Fortune 500, NYSE-listed IT services company, where he led cross-border teams and strategic operations throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. His global perspective and operational acumen have been central to his success in managing business complexity and transformation.

In the early 2000s, Roman co-founded a European software firm and later acquired and expanded an international cybersecurity company, which he successfully exited through a strategic sale to a global market leader. His expertise includes post-merger integration, go-to-market strategy, and leading organizations through periods of transition and accelerated growth.

As a long-standing member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), he has served in numerous leadership roles and is an experienced moderator of confidential peer forums. A Swiss national, Roman is fluent in German and English and conversant in Italian and French. He divides his time between Switzerland and Tuscany, where he resides with his wife.
